360 Degree Coffee
360 Degree Coffee is more than just a restaurant- it’s also a cafe, family-friendly hangout (there’s a shooting range and pool slides to keep your little ones entertained) and a cosy stopover to enjoy spectacular panoramas.
The tables here look out to vast landscapes of greenery, and the open-air setting lets in the warm, tropical breezes. You’ll find a variety of tasty Thai fare on the menu, along with a selection of coffees, cakes and ice creams. A great choice for a magical sunset meal!

Nern Khao View Talay Restaurant
‘Nern khao view talay‘ translates roughly to mean ‘on a hill with a seaview’ – an apt name for a restaurant boasting an Instagram-worthy landscape of tropical greenery. And the breathtaking view isn’t the only highlight of dining here; diners also come for the extensive menu (featuring plenty of Thai salad, seafood and rice and noodle dishes) and affordable prices.
The restaurant may not have the fanciest setting, but its casual, open-air interiors are homely and exudes a laidback vibe. Here’s a tip: don’t leave without trying out the crab dishes!

Kin Dee
Containing a total of 12 dining tables crafted out of wood and bamboo, Kin Dee isn’t a venue that can accommodate large crowds. But there is a sense of spaciousness to the open-air setting, the warm, tropical breezes flow in easily and diners here will enjoy views out to the mangrove swamps. Or if you’d like to dine in a more intimate setting, opt for one of the bamboo salas located down by the mangroves.
Kin Dee’s menu is impressive, featuring about 50 main and sides – a fairly large selection for a restaurant of its size. You’ll tuck into some of the tastiest plates of Thai fare here, and the chef is more than happy to adjust the spiciness of the dishes to suit your palate.

Bang Pae Seafood
Countless diners have raved about Bang Pae Seafood, putting out positive reviews about its quiet, serene setting, lovely views out to the mangrove swamp, friendly service and delicious fare. This hidden gem may be rather out of the way for most vacationers, but avid foodies will it worthwhile making a journey here to sample the restaurant’s seafood dishes.
There’s much to savour, but we’ll point out the crowd favourites: deep-fried tempura shrip, stir-fried vegetables with cashew nuts, tom yam talay, deep-fried squid with garlic and pepper and steamed or broiled seafood dishes with Thai herbs.

Peang Prai Restaurant
Peang Prai is a great place to stop by for a drink or a meal after a sightseeing trip at the Khao Phra Teo Wildlife Conservation Park and Bang Pae Waterfall. Designed with country dining in mind, the top floor of the venue boasts an open-air setting with a panoramic view out of the surrounding jungles and verdant greenery. The vibes here are quiet and serene, so it’s just right for vacationers who enjoy dining in an off-the-beaten-path restaurant.

After Beach Bar
With a deck that extends out from the hill, views out to the western coasts of Phuket and salty ocean breezes, After Beach Bar is a sunset venue that ticks all the right boxes. It’s open through the day, but the best time to arrive will be just before the golden hour of the evening – when the sky does its daily sunset show. Complete your evening with cocktails or an ice-cold beer.

Krua Guilin
Set in the northern part of the island, Krua Guilin is located rather far out of the way for most travellers. But if you’ve plans for a day trip the Khao Sok National Park or a boat trip out on Cheow Lan Lake, this venue makes a great stopover for grabbing a bite or taking a mid-day break.
The capacious venue offers a relaxed atmosphere, with views out to the picturesque grounds of the national park, and few other diners streaming in. Prices are affordable, and the menu offers a good selection of Thai fare.
